II. Planning & Engagement Shoot
On the call, we'll discuss everything from your wedding timeline to your preferred photography style as well as arrange the pre-wedding shoot. Feel free to ask any questions — we're here to clarify and comfort.
III. Your Wedding Day!
On your wedding day, Robin & Ivy will be there to capture every beautiful moment, blending seamlessly into your celebration.
IV. Delivery
Once your photographs and films are ready, we'll deliver them through your chosen method — be it a digital gallery, USB drive, or a beautifully crafted album.

What kind of gear do you use?
We use a range of professional-grade equipment to ensure the highest quality for your wedding photos and videos. Our gear includes state-of-the-art cameras, discreet but powerful audio recording devices, and when necessary, subtle lighting solutions that enhance the natural beauty of your moments without being intrusive.
Can I extend the session on the day?
Flexibility is key on your special day, and we'll do everything we can to accommodate changes in your schedule. Please keep in mind that last-minute extensions might be challenging due to our travel and shooting schedules. For any changes or additional time requests, we encourage you to let us know at the earliest opportunity, so we can do our best to fullfill your needs.
What happens if we have to cancel the shoot?
We understand that sometimes plans change, and if you have to cancel the shoot, we won't charge any additional cancellation fees. It's important to remember, though, that while we refund any payments beyond the initial deposit, the deposit itself is non-refundable.

Absolutely! We recognize that each wedding is unique, and it's crucial to have a timeline that reflects that. If necessary we'll share insights on how the day typically unfolds and help you avoid feeling rushed. Our goal is to balance capturing beautiful photos with ensuring you have ample time with your guests.
